EGR 250 - Materials Science and Engineering
The internal structure, composition, and processing of metals, polymers, and ceramics are related to their properties, end use, performance, and application in engineering. Materials selection exercises are included. Laboratory. (3-0-3) Offered winter and spring/summer semesters. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in CHM 115, and PHY 234 or PHY 231. Declared as an engineering major.
