BIO 585 - Molecular Ecology

This course provides an in depth exploration of the integrative field of molecular ecology which uses molecular genetic tools to study ecology and evolution. Concepts/theories are introduced in lecture and through discussion of scientific literature. Hands-on experience with analysis of genetic data is provided in computer laboratories. Cross-listed with BIO 485, CMB 485, and CMB 585. Course offered winter semester. Prerequisite: Graduate standing.
