PLS 308 - American Judicial Politics

Examines the American judicial system. Both state and federal courts are considered, with emphasis on the structure and procedure of these institutions as well as the political processes and behaviors that are such an important part of the contemporary judiciary. Offered winter semester. Prerequisite: PLS 102 or junior standing.
