PED 112 - Core Strength
Core strength focuses on the abdominal, back, and pelvic muscle groups. This course provides students with the opportunity to enhance muscular endurance, strength, and flexibility using weight techniques, Pilates, and yoga activities. Offered fall and winter semesters.
