MOV 350 - The Obesogenic Environment

Obesity is a global health issue. This course will examine obesity within the context of behavioral choices, and physical and social environments (e.g., public health policy, sociocultural influences, food accessibility, media, marketing). Obesity prevention and intervention strategies will also be explored. Part of the Health Issue. Offered fall semester. Prerequisites: Junior standing, and PSY 101 or SOC 101.
