MGT 429 - Staffing and Development
This course addresses the concepts, practices, trends, and techniques related to the strategic acquisition and development of talent. Legal, ethical, and global issues in human resources staffing and development are explored throughout the course. Students convert concepts into practice through integrative case studies and/or projects. Offered fall and winter semester.
