MGT 366 - Operations Management

Application of strategic and quantitative tools and techniques in manufacturing and service organizations. Specific topics include manufacturing strategy formulation, forecasting, aggregate planning, scheduling, Just In Time, management and assurance of quality, inventory management, and advanced technologies, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems. Offered every semester. Prerequisites: STA 215 and MGT 268.
