HST 355 - Medieval Europe
This course will explore the intellectual, political, religious, and cultural aspects of medieval Europe from the waning of the Roman Empire to the arrival of the Black Death in the fourteenth century. Emphasis will be placed on the intellectual, social, and spiritual uniqueness of medieval European civilization.
