HIM 402 - Health Information Management Review

A comprehensive review of health information management concepts related to information technology, data security, quality management, revenue cycle and reimbursement, coding, health law, strategic planning, and project and operations management. This course will provide test taking methods and preparation for the national registered health information administrator certification exam. Course offered winter semester. Prerequisites: Senior standing and satisfactory completion of the HIM core courses.
