HIM 365 - Quality Management in Health Care
This course will introduce students to the different techniques used to define, implement, and monitor total quality management (TQM) in health care. Students will learn the procedures that comprise the utilization review process. This course will provide students with the opportunity to collect and analyze data through a team based approach. Course offered winter semester. Prerequisites: AHS 100 and HIM 301.
