EMBA 683 - Corporate Strategy for Executives

Examines strategic decision-making with an emphasis on the processes to improve competitiveness and sustainability in complex and uncertain corporate environments. The focus is on exploration of strategic management process models and applications to the unit and organization. Course offered winter semester. Prerequisite: Admission to the EMBA program.
