LS 426 - Civil Litigation

Introduction to civil litigation. Particular attention is paid to litigation process including service of process, pleadings, motions, discovery technique, the trial process, jurisdictional and venue concerns, and ethical issues. Offered fall semester. Prerequisite: LS 201 (may be taken concurrently).
