EMBA 675 - Law for Executives

Focuses on the laws and regulations that affect business decisions. Students will develop an understanding of the legal and regulatory environment, compliance, and the assessment of risk. They will acquire sufficient fluency to determine when legal counsel is needed. Course offered winter semester. Prerequisite: Admission to the EMBA program.
