Fundamentals of video production, including the techniques and the aesthetics of shooting, lighting, and editing. Emphasizes hands-on production experience, using digital video. A preadmission course for film and video production. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisite: Restricted to film/video, broadcasting, communication studies, health communications, and journalism majors.
