PT 642 - Interventions in Neuromuscular Physical Therapy
This course provides foundation in theoretical basis and techniques of neurologic rehabilitation, based on principles of motor control and learning and evidence-based practice. Students learn to design a comprehensive plan of care and apply interventions targeted to the remediation of disabilities, functional limitations, and impairments in clients with neurologic diagnoses. Offered fall semester. Prerequisites: Successful completion of all previously required courses in the D.P.T. curricular sequence.
