MUS 133 - Aural Perception and Sight-Singing I

Introduction of solfeggio and rhythmic syllables, singing with one-line accompaniments, use of four clefs, two- and four-part dictation, improvisation with syllables, error detection. Listening for meter, bass lines, and melodic techniques. Required of all music majors. Offered fall semester.
