MGT 673 - Small Business Management
This course is about the reality of operation of a small enterprise. Students will meet owners in class and join them at work. Broader issues of ethical pressures, family transitions, and building the organization's culture will also be considered. Course is not a basic introduction to operational aspects but builds on that knowledge. Offered winter semester.
