MGT 637 - Employment and Labor Law

An in-depth analysis of the laws, court cases, administrative decisions and policies surrounding employment and labor law. Topics include discrimination law, discipline and discharge, workplace torts, workplace violence, arbitration and mediation, collective bargaining, contract interpretation, and unions. Prerequisite: BUS 531 or equivalent.
