HST 386 - Europe in the Age of Change and Global Integration

Examines Europe in the 20th century, including the age of total war; the Holocaust and its legacy; postwar recovery; the Cold War; social, political and cultural developments in East and West; the rise of the European Union; the end of communism; and contemporary Europe. Offered every semester. Prerequisite: Completion of historical perspectives foundation or junior standing.
