HIR 366 - Medical Records, Electronic Health Records
This lecture/lab course will provide the student with the skills of proper documentation within the medical record. Discussion will take place regarding multiple health care settings and related utilization. Students will practice managing volume, common content, and consent. Security of the Electronic Health Record is also addressed. Offered fall semester. Prerequisites: CIS 340, HIR 362.
