EMBA 626 - Financial Policy for Executives
Analyzes the evaluation and application of financial decision-making to optimize the value of the firm. Course focuses on advanced principles, including forecasting and valuation applied to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, bankruptcy, reorganization, and multinational financial markets.
