ECO 646 - Employment, Wages, and Productivity

Examines labor market and personnel issues. Topics include training and employee productivity, employee compensation and incentives, effects of international trade on labor markets, information issues in labor markets as they relate to turnover and hiring practices; business cycle effects on labor markets; and the role of labor unions. Prerequisite: Completion of M.B.A. background equivalents.
