RIU 360 - Introduction to Clinical Ultrasound
This course will provide an overview of the basics of diagnostic medical sonography and the practitioner's role in the health care delivery system to include principles, practices and policies of the educational program, health care organizations, principles of ultrasound and health safety and the basic patient care. Offered fall semester. Prerequisite: Admission to the Diagnostic Medical Sonography major - General Concentration.
