PLS 306 - American Constitutional Law I

This course examines the constitutional foundations of the power relationship between the federal government and the states, among the three branches of the federal government, and between the government and the individual, with special emphasis given to the role of the Supreme Court in a democratic political system. Fulfills one of the Issues/Themes requirements. Offered fall semester. Prerequisite: PLS 102 or junior standing.
