Development and implementation of operations strategy and the integration of this strategy with the corporate, business, and other functional strategies of both manufacturing and service organizations. Topics include decisions involving plant location and capacity, systems design, productivity management, and implementation of specific operations strategies such as quality, price, flexibility, technology, time, and product differentiation.
