CMB 620 - Cell and Tissue Culture
Theory and techniques of cell and tissue culture. Basic culture methods for eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells will be carried out. The application of culture methods for use in biotechnology will be stressed. Offered winter semester. Prerequisite: Admission to a graduate program in the life sciences.
