Investigation of the physiology of bacteria. Analysis of bacterial growth, nutrition, responses to the environment, and metabolic processes. Techniques for analysis of bacterial physiology. (0-0-4) Offered fall semester of odd-numbered years. Prerequisite: BMS 322 or concurrent registration.
