ACC 621 - Advanced Cost Management
Using case analysis, this course examines the use of information for cost management and performance evaluation by exploring topics such as capacity management, activity-based costing and management, strategic cost management, balanced scorecard, and incentive compensation systems. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisite: ACC 321 or 611.
