REC 253 - Diagnostic Groups in Therapeutic Recreation
Emphasis on the delivery of therapeutic recreation services for persons with illnesses, disabilities, and those who are disadvantaged. Focus on symptomology, etiology, prognosis, and remediation using therapeutic intervention; includes an overview of the effects of illness and disability on the family. (2-1-0) Offered winter semester. Prerequisites: REC 110 and REC 111.
