MKT 455 - Business to Business Marketing

Focus on the characteristics of the B2B buyers and sellers. Analyze marketing tools such as strategic planning, pricing, supply and selling chains, promotion, positioning, segmentation, personal selling, and customer service in the business markets. Learn the impact of electronic commerce and globalization on B2B transactions. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisite: MKT 350.
