This course is a compliment to the experience while participating in the Walt Disney World/Land College Program. Central components include advanced implementation of Disney's successful guest service standards, identifying proven techniques and application of these techniques in other enterprises, as well as participating in service learning opportunities. Offered fall and winter semester. Prerequisite: Permission of instructor.
