EGR 630 - Contemporary Manufacturing Controls

Methods for the design and implementation of nonlinear control systems are examined. Topics include contemporary control methods such as Petri nets, fuzzy logic, and neural networks. Control systems are discussed and implemented. Offered winter semester. Prerequisite: EGR 604 (may be taken concurrently).
