PSY 300 - Research Methods in Psychology

Examination of basic research methods in psychology. Emphasis on the logic of psychological research, the formulation and testing of hypotheses, research design, sampling procedures, data collection and analysis, and the ethics of conducting research. Offered every semester. Prerequisites: PSY 101 or HNR 234, and STA 215 or STA 312.
