OT 560 - Foundations of Child & Adolescent Practice

Provides historical background for the development of professional practice with children and adolescents. Course includes the evolution of theories, practice models and role of the therapist as educator, considering the needs of individuals, groups and populations. Addresses gaps in, and new opportunities for, service. (0-2-0) Offered winter semester. Prerequisites: OT 553.
