Develops knowledge of the technical and quantitative aspects of operations management and competitive positioning. Emphasis is placed on applying specific operations management tools/techniques such as project management, forecasting, investor control, and quality management to solving business problems in manufacturing and service environments. Equivalent to MGT 366. Offered fall and winter semesters.
