HST 328 - Constitutional History of the U.S.

Introduction to the constitutional history of the United States, with particular focus on the creation of the Constitution, the role of judicial review, and the changing meaning of the Constitution. Offered winter semester, even-numbered years. Prerequisites: HST 205 and HST 206 or junior standing.
