HPR 621 - Management in Rehabilitation

Interdisciplinary study of management behaviors and processes for effective administration of clinical rehabilitation settings. Emphasizes organizational behaviors, structures, and systems. Examines staffing, personnel evaluation, fiscal management, quality assurance, and ethics. (2-0-0) Offered winter semester. Prerequisites: Good standing in one of the HPR professional programs or consent of instructor.
