From the cafes and ``little magazines'' of Paris emerged writers forging a new way to express the new realities of the twentieth century. Exploration of the literature in its cultural context. Part of Changing Ideas: Changing Worlds theme. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisites: Fulfillment of the freshman writing requirement.
