CMB 626 - Advanced Nucleic Acids Laboratory

Theory and techniques involved in manipulating DNA and RNA. Students will investigate an original problem using advanced molecular laboratory techniques practiced in most molecular academic and biotechnology laboratories. Offered winter semester. Prerequisites: Admission to a graduate program in the life sciences and successful completion of BIO 406.
