** The 2025 EXCEL Camp is now a one-day experience on Thursday, June 19 in Grand Rapids.
Due to circumstances beyond our control (summer construction on campus, budget changes, and a number of other factors), we are no longer able to host the 5-day camp as originally planned; however, we are still committed to offering a college and career-focused summer camp experience in a condensed format. As such, currently registered students are eligible to attend a one-day Excel camp at the Downtown GVSU Pew Campus and John Ball Zoo on Thursday, June 19th.
This one-day camp will include tours of the GVSU Kennedy Engineering Building and labs as well as the Cook-DeVos Center for Health Sciences. Additionally, you will spend the afternoon at the John Ball Zoo, exploring animal habitats and learning about career opportunities and pathways. See schedule details below .
All meals and transportation to/from Battle Creek will be provided. Additionally, students who attend will receive a stipend of $120.

Please also submit your camp forms ( W-9 and COVID Acknowledgement Form) to [email protected] or turn them in to Alexis in the BCCHS front office by Friday, June 6th to secure your spot at camp and to be eligible to receive your stipend after camp.
