The Hubs client services program allows Hub clients and members to secure the services of a GVSU employee to complete various projects and tasks for their respective organization. Let us help with tasks such as data entry,  inventory management, social media updates and more. • All service requests must be submitted through the online Service Request Form
• Recurring cost of $50.00 monthly is added to your current membership fees (service is not prorated)
• Work is performed by our Hub administrator, a part-time GVSU employee or student
• Training time is counted towards hours allotted
• Subscribers must use their own software and supplies
• Personal errands or utilizing the assistant outside the hub or hub business hours is not permitted
• At no time should a client approach the Assistant directly with a new project request
• 30-day notice to cancel/withdraw
