The Hubs client services program allows Hub clients and members to secure the services of a GVSU employee to complete various projects and tasks for their respective organization. Let us help with tasks such as data entry,  inventory management, social media updates and more. Client support services are offered at a low-cost monthly subscription which grants you access to 10 hours of support per month. Interested in utilizing these services?  Contact us to sign a new member agreement today!

Subscription Details


Office Worker
  • All service requests must be submitted through the online Service Request Form
  • Recurring cost of $50.00 monthly is added to your current membership fees (service is not prorated)
  • Work is performed by our Hub administrator, a part-time GVSU employee or student
  • Training time is counted towards hours allotted
  • Subscribers must use their own software and supplies
  • Personal errands or utilizing the assistant outside the hub or hub business hours is not permitted
  • At no time should a client approach the Assistant directly with a new project request
  • 30-day notice to cancel/withdraw
