Our Building

The Muskegon Innovation Hub (the Hub) opened its doors in 2003 and is a LEED Gold Certified Building. The building is over 25,000 square feet, encompassing 3,000 square feet of training and event space, 8,000 square feet of tenant space, and is  filled with world class artwork curated by industry professionals. The facility was designed with entrepreneurs in mind – providing open working space to promote collaboration, newly upgraded digital A/V equipment in all conference rooms, private incubator tenant offices, and endless pots of coffee.

The Hub is located within walking distance from downtown Muskegon, a stones throw away from Muskegon Lake, and is on the Muskegon Lakeshore Bike Trail, which has connections to Lake Michigan and other large trail networks. Lockers and showers are also available for those who use alternate forms of transportation or those that wish to be active at lunch.
