Reservations for Winter '24 Semester

Event Services will begin taking reservations from Registered Student Organizations on November 27,  for Winter '24 semester. 

Requests can be submitted on 11/27/2023 in the following ways: 

  • FASTEST:  After 7 a.m. via the WebApp 
  • After 8 a.m. Email to [email protected] 
  • after 8 a.m. Walk-in—1110 Kirkhof Center 
  • NOTE:  REQUESTS SUBMITTED  BEFORE 7 a.m. VIA WEBAPP OR EMAIL WILL BE DELETED

 

 

 

 

 


Located in room 1110 in the Russel H. Kirkhof Center, Event Services is the first place to come as you begin to plan your event.  Our team is here to help you reserve meeting rooms, conference rooms, and information table space in Russel H. Kirkhof Center.  We can also assist student organizations with the planning of concerts, dances, conferences, and many other types of events.  Stop by or call, and let us help you plan your next event!




Event Services is a part of the Office of Student Life, which is a department of the Division of Student Affairs of Grand Valley State University.
