AGU Postcard highlights Greenland's Meltwater Lakes

While flying over Greenland on an airplane flight, Juanma Medina-Sánchez photographed the surface of Greenland. The top of the glaciers were covered with various meltwater lakes and streams/rivers connecting them. It is a beautiful photo, if it were not for the background cause of meltwater lakes, warming caused by global climate change. Check out the photo and narrative on the AGU Tumblr.
