Can I purchase a hat, if I can't go to the game?

Unfortunately, no. Hats are available to the first 575 fans who purchase tickets. No additional hats will be sold and supplies are limited.

How will I receive my tickets?

All Red Wings tickets are mobile tickets. You will receive an email from FEVO one day before your game with instructions to access your tickets through your Red Wings Account Manager. Ticket and hat quantities are limited and only available while supplies last.

How will I receive my hat?

Once the purchase of your Detroit Red Wings GVSU Day ticket(s) has been confirmed, your tickets will be uploaded to your mobile account. Vouchers for hats will be uploaded a day or two before the game. When you arrive at Little Caesars Arena, you will be able to scan your ticket from your mobile device and then proceed to the Group Sales Kiosk, located across from Portals 6 and 7 on the concourse, to scan the voucher for your hat. Please note, the pick-up location may change. You will have until the end of the second period to redeem your voucher for your hat.

What can I bring into the arena?
