Aisha Espey
After working as a flight attendant for Emirates Airlines for three years, Aisha Espey is now a travel specialist with Meridian International Center in Washington, DC. Meridian provides travel, lodging, and logistical support for the U.S. State Department Foreign Press Center (FPC) and for other international reporting tours. As an IR major at GVSU, Aisha participated in the dual degree program with Cracow University in Poland and the University of Debrecen in Hungary. Aisha also was an intern for the Council on Hemispheric Affairs in DC while she was an undergraduate. Since graduating from GVSU in 2013, Aisha has also worked on marketing for one Polish and several U.S. firms.
