Where can I find the Faculty Handbook?

As supported by the Executive Committee of the Senate, that collection of policies can now be found in the “Regular Faculty” curation of the Policies site.  That curation can be accessed by using the faculty menu on the top ribbon of the site.  You can also print all of these policies together (see question 3 below).

How do I print one of the policies?

For a specific policy, look on the right-hand side of the page below the “Policy Details” box.  There are links that allow you to print the policy or to save the policy as a PDF.

How do I print a curation of policies?

Use the green “Export Category” or “Export Group” buttons to save a set of policies as a PDF.  Then, you can print the PDF.

So, how can I print the Faculty Handbook to find what I want?

Go to the “Regular Faculty” curation using the navigation ribbon on the top of the site.  Use the green “Export Category” button to create a PDF.

What happened to the Administrative Manual?

In 2017, it was renamed the Board of Trustees Policies, to reflect the approval body for these policies.  Note that many of the BOT policies numbered beginning with "4" are included in the "Regular Faculty" curation.

Who should I talk to about changing a policy?

For each policy, there is a “Policy Details” section that indicates a responsible office to initiate a discussion.
