GVSU Padnos College of Engineering is excited to welcome FIRST Robotics teams to our practice field in the Shape Corp. Innovation Design Center! This season, teams will reserve practice times by submitting reservation requests via Calendly. Click the provided link to access our Calendly practice field schedule. Please select ALL the 1 hour time slots you would like to reserve. You will need to submit a new form for each time slot. 

Days and times will be available in two-week increments. Teams must sign up at least 24 hours in advance to ensure GVSU can staff the field. If no teams reserve the field on a particular day, we will close the field. To the best of your ability, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your reservation(s). Teams should cancel their reservation(s) via Calendly.

The practice field space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The field can be used by multiple teams at once, so you will need to share the space with other teams. Teams must have an adult coach or mentor with them at all times.

• Monday through Friday: 5:00pm-9:00pm. Note: the doors to the Shape Corp. Innovation Design Center lock at 6:30pm. We are unable to let you in after 6:30pm unless this is communicated prior.
• Saturday: 9:00am-9:00pm
• Sunday: 9:00am-5:00pm
