Description
The Personal Statement makes up 25% of the admissions decision for both the Traditional and Second-Degree BSN programs. It’s a written essay where you reflect on your experiences and motivations for pursuing nursing.
This workshop is for students who want to thoughtfully prepare before drafting, ensuring their statement is grounded in strong, meaningful ideas. The focus is on reflection and brainstorming so you can approach writing with clarity and confidence.
You’ll gain:

- Support for brainstorming strong essay topics
- Practice turning experiences into compelling stories
- Strategies for writing an authentic, reviewer-ready statement
