Direct-to-Family Tutoring

The K-12 Connect volunteer run program for families ends on May 26, 2023 and is replaced by targeted tutoring for families launching this summer.

1:1 academic support to meet students where they are at and accelerate academic growth in the areas of reading, math, or high school academic mentoring.

How Does Tutoring Work?

Fill out our pre-registration form for every student you wish to participate in tutoring.

Purchase a session package for tutoring.

We will pair you with a dedicated tutor and schedule your first virtual tutoring session.

During your first tutoring session, you, your student, and your tutor will establish a schedule for your remaining sessions. 

If you wish to purchase more sessions, you may do so at any point. Sessions expire on August 20 and unused sessions are not refundable.

Tutoring Options

Reading Plus

Targeted reading focused on word recognition, reading comprehension, and writing development.

Reading skill support for all levels of readers in 1st-9th grade.

Math

Targeted math support in partnership with Ottawa Area ISD's Delta Math RtI program.

Supports all levels of math learners in 1st grade - Algebra 1.

HS Academic Mentoring

Goal-setting, organization, study skills, and homework help.

Supports 9th - 12th-grade students.

Packages and Pricing

Packages can be purchased in quantities of 8, 10, 12, 14, or 16 sessions. There is an 8-session minimum required to purchase.

Every package includes one free introductory session. 

Packages start at $45 per session.

All sessions purchased in the summer of 2023 must take place between June 19 and August 20, 2023.
